    Centrally located right in the beating heart of Melbourne's CBD, our cantina is in killer eating and drinking territory. Focussing on the freshness, taste and simplicity of Mexican street food, and combining that with a great list of tequila, we are set to open with a bang at the beginning of March.

    We are looking for apprentices and newly qualified chefs, both part-timers and full-timers, for the city's newest Mexican taquería y cervecería. We want people who love cooking and eating, who are passionate about their work and keen to further develop their skills.
